The focus of this workshop was to create better alignment among stakeholders and teams within the organization in terms of how we should think about and approach problems as well as the users dealing with those problems. This was also meant to be an introduction to how the design team approaches problems in terms of design thinking, personas, user journeys, etc which is useful as decisions are made on the stakeholder level. This workshop ended up being a huge success as it laid the groundwork towards better process in regards to feature requests, prioritizing them efficiently and understanding who exactly our users are. This also shed some light on what may not be working in the current experience and how we could work to improve.
