As a business, we pivoted a huge extent to take advantage of a business model that was unlocked through an update to medicare/medicaid reimbursable billing codes. We had already established our medication compliance devices in the market and these new codes ensured we can allow partnered clinics to bill for their patients leveraging them and get reimbursed. We had to design and build an entirely new B2B2C experience to accommodate our partnered clinics and their nurses, allowing them to monitor patients through our devices and track/submit billing for reimbursement. This patient CRM highlighted all of the pertinent patient information and data necessary for nurses to prioritize which patients to monitor and submit billing.
