Built around the first iteration of exSEED, focused on debit card rewards. This project was meant to enhance and elevate our waitlist referral growth strategy by porting our existing web-based waitlist (~10k signups) into a mobile app experience. This was built side by side with our core product experience as a more seamless transition from waitlist to the core product - once a user was selected to join our core user base, they would simply receive an app update rather than the need to convert them from the waitlist. We had a 65% conversion from waitlist to mobile app and grew our waitlist up to 50,000 via this mobile referral experience, with a viral rate of 3.5:1.
